Myofascial - Steady gentle traction to unwind fascia
Trigger point - Localized pressure to relieve referred pain
Cupping - Use of cups and vacuum pressure to lift tissue and improve circulation to targeted areas

A BIT ABOUT ME
Hi there!
I’m Bobby. A certified massage therapist and co-active trained coach. Utilizing the 8+ years of experience in massage therapy and 5+ years of experience as a trained coach, I created Align by Bobby to bring my passion for therapeutic touch and personal development to you.
My goal is to align with your goal.
Discover what’s possible.
And create a plan of action.

A 2016 graduate of The Massage School in Boston, MA - I quickly realized the healing benefits of intentional touch and the mind-body connection. Through my practices, I developed a deeply relaxing and therapeutic approach to massage. Working with my client’s breath while applying soothing rhythmic strokes – I’m able to relieve muscle tension, unwind fascia, and work deep muscles without excessive force or pain. In addition, I keep up to date SOAP notes on every client to track progress and develop an individualized self-care plan to accomplish at home.

During my time as a massage therapist, I also attended The Co-Active training institute to develop my coaching skills. In December 2019 I completed all 5 required workshops and integrated that knowledge into my career working as a Human Resource manager for a laboratory startup. In time though, I realized my favorite part of coaching is the excitement of working with individuals to feel fulfilled on their personal journey. Whatever the goals may be, it brings me joy working with my clients to achieve them. Currently, I’m further building my roster of clients for International Coach Federation (ICF) certification.​
In my personal time – I love to catch up with my tribe over tea or coffee, go for hike, meditate or see one of my favorite indie bands live. I’m also a huge horror fan both in movies and books!
